She’s a former Microsoft Certified System Engineer with over two decades of residing in the level of hell known as tech support, doing sexy jobs like crawling under desks to poke the network cable back in the hole and figuring out how to recover an entire organization’s email from their ancient server that died a horrible death. She’s broken almost every software application known to man, made interesting smoke come out of almost every type of hardware available, and can quote Office Space.
